Returns

If you need to return a product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging 
  • Be returned in resalable condition

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, any headset products cannot be returned once opened.
  • Only stock items purchased directly through our website, with a valid order number, are eligible for return.

Once received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility for a refund, replacement, or repair.
